i almost thought this place would be nice, but no 24hr front desk and not even breakfast—B&B, really? the washroom light flickered like a bad horror movie, and i regretted not getting a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. it was all just too much for a supposed ‘deluxe’ stay.

We enjoyed the prime location near the Colosseum, but cleanliness was a major issue. Take a chance on nearby café recommendations for a better breakfast experience. Our stay felt overshadowed by unkempt facilities. Future guests should verify cleanliness to ensure a pleasant experience.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from great nightlife and cafes. Our room was spacious, and we even had access to a balcony with a view of the colosseum. Enrique was an amazing host, offering fantastic recommendations for restaurants and sights. Overall, a memorable experience!

We had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the spacious bathroom and the convenient location near the Colosseum. With our two young kids, the friendly recommendations from our host were invaluable, making our family trip enjoyable and hassle-free.

Couples seeking adventure

We had a great experience, especially that cute cafe right across the street in the mornings. Fabrizio, the host, met us after work, super friendly, he was even willing to help us with our bags.

The stay wasn’t inexpensive but still worth it.

the room was cozy, but the cot was only okay for a kid. the view of the colosseum was amazing, and the little grocery store nearby was super convenient! we loved that the bathroom was fancy and really clean! !
